St. Luke's is looking for an Instructional Designer to join us in our strategy to be the community's trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
The Instructional Designer 2 at St. Luke’s Health System is responsible for planning, organizing and developing training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs. The goal is to create engaging learning activities to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner to enhance retention and transfer. In addition to designing training, the Instructional Designer 2 works to mentor others in the process of developing engaging training.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 6 years of related experience.
Previous experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training experience
