Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Educator to join our team. This role supports the professional development of nursing staff in the Telemetry Unit 7E Boise by designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs that enhance patient outcomes and staff competency. The Clinical Educator plays a key role in onboarding new hires, promoting evidence-based practice, and fostering continuous learning.
