Position Overview

As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an essential role in providing direct, hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with patients, families, and the hospice care team to provide quality and personalized care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.

 

This role requires a compassionate professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep passion for caring for end-of-life patients. 

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Required to travel/provide in home care to patients within McCall and it's surrounding areas (Adams County, Idaho County, Valley County)
  • The schedule is Monday - Friday generally from 8:30am - 5:00pm with rotating weekends and evening call.
  • Eligible to apply for scholarships to pursue nursing education
  • Pay Differential may apply for this opening based on location

Qualifications:

  • Education: No Education Required
  • Experience: 6 months of experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
