What You Can Expect:
Accountable for ensuring effective patient throughput and efficiency in processes related to providing patients with the right care at the right time.
Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to designated department(s) and programs;
Oversees operations and identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of problem-solving skills in order to deal with complex situations.
This position will have oversight of case management and care continuum in our Meridian, Nampa, and Fruitland population health areas.
