Overview

What You Can Expect:

  • Accountable for ensuring effective patient throughput and efficiency in processes related to providing patients with the right care at the right time.

  • Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to designated department(s) and programs;

  • Oversees operations and identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of problem-solving skills in order to deal with complex situations.

     

  • This position will have oversight of case management and care continuum in our Meridian, Nampa, and Fruitland population health areas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree
    • Preferred degree in Health Services, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work or related field.
  • Experience: 10 years relevant experience
    • Experience in clinical and managerial roles in a multi-faceted health care system and/or multi-service provider setting
