What to Expect:

The Practice Manager 1 will support interventional pain procedures with the Spine Care Clinic at the Meridian and Nampa Medical Centers in a manner that ensures patient care is delivered in a safe, timely and patient-centered manner. This position will focus on the implementation of operational plans that lead to the achievement of strategic initiatives. The Practice Manager 1 will support 14 direct reports and 7 providers.

 

  • Monitor practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensure their achievement.
  • Manage staff, handle operational issues, resolve client issues, and administer the budget.
  • Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the office.
  • Communicate accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
  • May require cross functional knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree + 0 years OR
  • Associate's degree + 2 years OR
  • HS Diploma/GED + 4 years
