The Sr Finance Analyst, or Finance Analyst 3, develops, interprets, and implements highly complex financial and accounting concepts and advanced techniques for financial planning and control. The West Region Financial Analyst provides key insight into operations by analyzing financial performance at the department, site, and regional level. The Analyst is responsible for preparing detailed analysis, interpreting financial/statistical data, and providing gathered summaries to support management.


The ideal candidate has operational experience and exposure, and is comfortable and confident meeting with leaders to discuss and interpret data and trends, as well as act as a consultant to clinical and non-clinical leadership. We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge, who is able to think critically, ask relevant questions, and communicate effectively with multiple levels of our organization.

 

This position directly reports to the St. Luke's West Region Administrator of Finance. St. Luke's West Region is comprised of multiple service locations in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Fruitland, Mountain Home, and McCall.

 

Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience in the field or related area

 

Preferred Criteria
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare financial analyst position working with budgets, profit and loss statements, statistical reports, productivity reporting, and business forecasts.
