Are you ready to be a strategic partner and marketing powerhouse?

We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can drive projects from brainstorm to execution. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be leading initiatives, solving complex challenges, and shaping how our brand shows up to the world.

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator (internally classified as a Marketing Coordinator 2), you'll partner directly with internal stakeholders to lead and execute a variety of marketing and special projects approved by leadership. You’ll serve as the go-to marketing expert for your partners, applying strategic insight and best practices to ensure marketing efforts hit the mark—every time.

What You Can Expect

  • Serve as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives—from initial concept to final delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (agencies, vendors, creatives, etc.) to ensure quality execution across all deliverables.

  • Manage marketing initiatives including general campaigns, promotions, brand strategy, and market research.

  • Providing project team stakeholders with clear, actionable updates to keep them informed and engaged.

  • Set measurable goals and realistic deadlines, and ensure they’re met.

  • Solve problems, identify efficiencies, and act as a resource and mentor to colleagues across the team.

  • Take ownership of marketing success—bringing energy, curiosity, and clarity to every project.

This is more than a marketing role—it’s a chance to become a key driver of growth and innovation within an organization that values creativity, collaboration, and purpose. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, take on exciting challenges, and see the real impact of your work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Four (4) years' relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Well-Rounded Marketing Experience: Proven background across print, digital, and campaign work—bringing a strategic, full-channel perspective to each project.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Comfortable managing 20–30 projects at once, with the ability to quickly learn new  tools, systems and processes.
  • Collaborative & Agency-Savvy: Experience working with in-house creative teams and/or agencies in a fast-paced, agency-style environment that values teamwork over competition.
  • Team-Oriented Professionalism: High emotional intelligence, able to "read the room," build strong relationships across diverse teams, and contribute to a supportive, ego-free culture.
