Are you a storyteller at heart with a strategic mind? Do you love crafting impactful narratives across a variety of platforms—whether that’s through words, visuals, or audio? We're looking for a creative and driven Content & Communications Specialist to join our creative and forward-thinking team. We believe in meaningful work, continuous growth, and celebrating the ideas that make a difference. If you’re excited to collaborate, create, and contribute to an organization where your voice matters —we want to hear from you.

What You Can Expect

As a key member of our communications team, you’ll play a central role in the creation, execution, and evolution of content strategies that inform, engage, and inspire. Under limited supervision, and in close collaboration with team leaders, you’ll:

  • Lead and create compelling content across internal communications, social media, reports, slide decks, audio/webinars, and more.

  • Own a portfolio of work, managing projects from concept to publish-ready form—delivering high-quality, on-brand materials that drive impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to communication plans and building out the assets that bring them to life.

  • Research, write, report, and produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to different audiences and platforms.

  • Support content continuity, ensuring assets are archived, tagged, and easily retrievable for future use.

  • Pitch in on special projects and other duties—because flexibility is part of the creative process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Two (2) years' relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four (4) years' relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in content creation and communications—journalistic, marketing, corporate, or multimedia.

  • Advanced proficiency across multiple content types: visual, written, and audio.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, internal communication tools, and content strategy.

  • Exceptional organizational and editorial skills, with a strong eye for detail.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.
