St. Luke’s Employee Health is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Assistant to support the our HR Employee Health department. This position plays a vital role in delivering a smooth and positive first impression for new employees while helping maintain our commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

 

What to Expect:

  • Works directly with all levels of employees and leaders across the organization, providing timely and quality customer service and responding to problems, questions, and issues/opportunities.
  • Schedule new hire health appointments in Epic.
  • Assist with compliance tracking.
  • Guide employees through the health-related requirements necessary for employment.
  • Serve as point of contact for employees navigating immunizations, screenings, and other policy-related components during onboarding and beyond.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in completion of job duties and relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Completes general human resources tasks such as assisting with new hire onboarding process, and setting up files/charts.
  • Applies knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures while understanding and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Completes general office tasks such as answering phones, performing data entry, distributing mail and faxes, ordering supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with mailings, maintaining equipment and filing.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Epic
