Variable shifts – must be flexible to support department staffing needs.
Pay range starts at $21.48 per hour and may increase to $24 or more per hour, depending on experience.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute staffing plans that ensure departments are appropriately staffed for day-of operations.
Make real-time decisions regarding staffing allocation, cancellations, and reassignments—guided by established policies and procedures, including floating guidelines, pay practices, and available/cancellation day protocols.
Coordinate with off-duty staff and unit leaders to secure coverage as needed, and accurately document changes in the electronic scheduling system.
Place calls to off-duty employees, negotiate coverage in collaboration with unit leadership, and reallocate staff as needed to meet organizational needs.
Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or customer service is highly desirable.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required—training is provided!
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
