We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with strong multitasking skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset to support our staffing operations on the night shift.
Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time nights, up to 24 hours per week
Additional Hours: Possibility of picking up extra hours based on department needs
Shifts: Variable; flexibility is required to meet real-time staffing demands
What You Can Expect:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage for day-of-operation needs
Make timely staffing decisions involving allocation, cancellation, and reallocation of staff in alignment with established guidelines and protocols (e.g., floating practices, pay policies, and time-off rules)
Contact off-duty staff and coordinate with unit management to secure additional staffing as needed
Accurately document all staffing changes in the electronic scheduling system
Partner with unit leaders and staff to resolve coverage gaps and support organizational needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or customer service is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided!
Licenses/Certifications: None required
