We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to take the lead on end-to-end supply chain operations — from vendor selection and purchasing to inventory management and process optimization. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, improving systems, and making a measurable impact, this role is for you.
What You Can Expect
Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of supply chain professionals. You’ll recruit, develop, and mentor top talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
Set the Vision: Define priorities and drive the strategic direction of supply chain operations.
Optimize Performance: Oversee purchasing, vendor selection, inventory control, and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
Strategic Guidance: Advise senior leadership and department managers on supply chain strategy, compliance, and best practices.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze supply chain metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure Compliance: Review and align policies to meet regulatory and internal standards.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that improve systems, tools, and processes, promoting a culture of innovation and agility.
Build the Future: Mentor individuals for future leadership roles, contributing to succession planning and talent growth.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
Five (5) years' relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, build trust, and drive performance.
Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and systems thinking.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Attention to Detail: You bring a sharp eye for process, policy, and performance.
