What you can expect:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist partners and mentors with nurses in certification, advanced education, developing/revising nursing policies and protocols, and collaborating with stake holders across the system on matters specific to their expertise. This position will report to our Director of Nursing Practice in the Center of Excellence for Nursing and Patient Care Services.
This position will have a focus on neurology; no direct patient care. A strong neurology background is needed for this position. Hours: 8-5, M-F with some flexibility.

Under minimal supervision, the Clinical Nurse Specialist applies advanced nursing knowledge and specialized expertise and experience in the promotion of quality nursing care.
