Starting pay: $16.67 – $18.40/hr (depending on experience)
What You Can Expect in This Role:
Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Versatile Training: Gain experience in both front and back office functions to support daily clinic operations.
Hands-On Responsibilities: Assist with phlebotomy, drug screening, respiratory fit testing, and vision screening (non-certified).
Clinic Support: Manage work orders, process mail orders, and maintain clinic supplies to help create a safe, efficient environment.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside nurses, medical assistants, and office staff to support patient care and clinic flow.
Be the First Face They See: As part of the onboarding experience, you’ll often be the first person new employees interact with—making your role impactful in setting a positive tone for their St. Luke’s journey.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or an office/administrative setting
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
