Overview

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Conducts comprehensive assessments, including thorough observations, interviews, and analysis of medical records and other relevant information
  • Develops and manages program oversight and compliance in collaboration with service line leadership
  • Provides supervision to behavioral interventional staff, including staff development, training, and modeling for team members in strategies and methodologies for successful implementation of the treatment plan in inpatient and clinical settings
  • Variety of inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Local travel required
  • Flexible schedule- 5, 8's OR 4,10 option
  • Full benefits with hospital contributions

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree
  • Experience: 6 years experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a License as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
