What you can Expect:

 

Reporting to the CNO, the Director of Nursing and Patient Care supports and ensures exemplary clinical practice and patient care. The role provides leadership and operational oversite over our ICU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg teams at our Nampa Medical Center and our Respiratory Therapy teams at our Nampa & Fruitland sites. The Director is accountable for key elements of site performance including but not limited to employee and physician engagement, patient satisfaction, efficiency, quality, safety, and stewardship. 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience; hospital and/or inpatient experience preferred
  • License: Current Idaho RN license upon hire
  • Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
