Overview

  • We’re hiring a Technical Lead for the Boise Blood Bank, a frontline leadership role supporting quality, operations, training, and daily workflow in our Transfusion Services department.

    This position is a blend of bench expertise and leadership accountability, ideal for someone who thrives in both technical detail and people development. You’ll work side by side with a highly skilled team, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for our patients.

    We’re looking for someone who brings:

    • Strong technical knowledge in blood banking and transfusion medicine

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 4 years' experience.
  • Certification: Must have one of the following:
  • Blood Banking (ASCP_BB)
  • Chemistry (ASCP_C)
  • Cytogenetics (CYGT)
  • Cytotechnologist (ASCP_CT)
  • Hematology (ASCP_H)
  • Histotechnologist (ASCP_HTL)
  • Microbiology (ASCP_M)
  • Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB)
  • Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS)
  • Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT)
  • Medical Lab Technician (ASCP-MLT).
