 HR Analyst - Training and Development


The Training and Development Analyst 2 is responsible for the development of training materials on company products, processes and technologies so as to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and increase their own technical and/or process knowledge.

  • Leads projects involving the research, design, implementation and support of learning, development and performance systems; provides general oversight, configuration and reporting out of those systems
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates learning and development business requirements


Required Criteria 


Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. 


Experience: 5 years of relevant experience 


Preferred Criteria 

  • LMS ownership
  • Robust database administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Healthcare Industry experience
