As part of our commitment to safe, evidence-based pediatric care, we are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented RN Peer Review Coordinator to lead our Pediatric Peer Review Committee.

Position Summary

The RN Peer Review Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing clinical quality and safety through the coordination, facilitation, and management of the Pediatric Peer Review process. This position ensures a fair, timely, and thorough review of pediatric clinical cases, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage the Pediatric Peer Review Committee: Coordinate scheduling, prepare agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is distributed in a timely manner.

  • Maintain an Oncology Case Worklist: Previous Oncology experience not required but would be helpful. 
  • Serve as Meeting Recorder: Attend approximately 10 Peer Review Committee meetings per month to accurately document discussions, decisions, and action items.

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: This position requires attendance in the office some days while some duties can be performed remotely. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: 3 years' experience.
  • Pediatric or NICU experience strongly desired
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN Licensure in the State of Practice
