Overview

St. Luke's seeks an experienced Nurse Recruiter to lead strategic and consultative Talent Acquisition efforts. This role exercises a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment to drive best-in-class candidate experiences.

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Manages the full cycle recruiting process from initial candidate contact to execution of the completed search by partnering with recruiting teammates and business leaders.
  • Collaborates with assigned client group leaders to execute the most appropriate recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled employees, advising on hiring strategies and acting as a critical sounding board and advocate for leadership.
  • Develops and leads the implementation of cost-effective recruitment plans including, but not limited to: advertising, career fairs, campus recruiting, diversity and inclusion efforts, and other national recruiting events based on ROI and data.
  • Conducts sourcing of passive candidates through research, relationship building, and talent pool database searching. Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Strategically partners with leaders and business units to navigate and understand current recruitment needs as well as partnering in workforce planning and stabilization efforts. Has a strong ability to develop relationships with health system leaders and is effective at persuading and influencing.
  • Acts as a formal mentor in the development, coaching, and overall growth of junior team members. Provides regular reporting to manager on development tracking.
  • Subject matter expert of multiple applicant tracking software systems, pipelining, and sourcing strategies.
  • Leads special projects from initiation to implementation to elevate the recruiting process, in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Achieves key performance metrics and quality outcomes as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 6 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
