We are seeking a Hospital Inventory Clerk 1  

 

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting frontline healthcare teams? Join our fast-paced Nampa Medical Center's Operating Room and Surgical Services team and help keep vital operations running smoothly behind the scenes!

 

As a Hospital Inventory Clerk 1, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that essential medical supplies and equipment are always in the right place at the right time. You'll be part of a team that supports patient care through efficient and accurate inventory and logistics operations. This is a chance to make a real impact in a healthcare environment that depends on precision, speed, and reliability.

 

What You Can Expect

As a Hospital Inventory Clerk 1, you are responsible for typical supply chain operations and logistic functions such as inventory control; picking and distributing product; and stocking.

  • Maintain accurate inventory control of medical supplies and equipment
  • Pick, issue, and deliver items across departments in a timely and organized manner
  • Stock shelves and storage areas to ensure readiness for daily hospital operations
  • Resolve routine supply issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
  • Provide excellent service to hospital staff and clinical teams
  • Perform routine clerical tasks including record keeping, data entry, and filing

  Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • A team player with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies (up to [insert weight limit])

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Previous inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
