Work as an integral part of our team in McCall, where you'll help deliver top-tier care in a collaborative and engaging clinic setting.
As part of our Orthopedic Clinic, you'll support patients in managing chronic conditions and recovering from acute injuries (such as strains, sprains, and broken bones). You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, athletic trainers, physician assistants, radiology technicians, and administrative staff.
You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their entire surgical journey—from consultation and pre-surgical education to post-operative care.
You’ll also have opportunities to:
Observe procedures in the operating room to enhance understanding, triage assessment skills, and patient education delivery.
Assist with a variety of clinical tasks, such as brace and cast applications, arthrocentesis and intraarticular injections, ultrasound, and PRP.
Cross-train with the neighboring General Surgery clinic to provide additional support and expand your skillset.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — No weekends or holidays!

For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
Certifications:
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following organizations: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Education:
Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
Licensure/Certifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
