Overview

Schedule

  • Full-time position working four 9-hour shifts per week.

  • This role follows a variable schedule and requires availability for nights and weekends.

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $21.48/hour up to $24.00+/hour depending on experience

What You Can Expect

  • Partner with leadership to create and implement staffing plans that ensure departments are appropriately covered for daily operations

  • Make timely decisions on staffing allocation, cancellations, and reassignments while following established policies and guidelines

  • Collaborate with off-duty staff and unit leaders to secure coverage, ensuring all schedule adjustments are accurately documented in the electronic scheduling system

  • Place calls to off-duty employees, negotiate coverage needs with unit leadership, and reallocate staff to support patient care and organizational priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or customer service is highly desirable

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: No prior experience required training is provided!

  • Licenses/Certifications: None required
