Overview

What You Can Expect:

  • Room patients, take vitals and document medical histories accurately in the EMR

  • Prepare patients for CHF-related evaluations and assist with in-office procedures

  • Conduct follow-up visits as per provider recommendations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures

  • May need to travel to outreach clinics, including Buhl, Burley, Gooding, Jerome, and Rupert

 

Qualifications:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant
    • NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA
