Overview

What You Can Expect:

  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor to medical assistant staff, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development

  • Assist with staff scheduling, daily workflow coordination, and help manage patient escalations with professionalism and empathy

  • Act as a trusted resource for patients, providers, and team members, promoting high standards of care and patient experience

  • Maintain knowledge of clinical supply processes, support inventory management, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards

  • Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, de-escalation skills, and by fostering a collaborative, solution-focused environment

  • Work clinic hours with scheduling options of five 8-hour shifts (5/8s) or four 10-hour shifts (4/10s); flexibility required to meet changing clinic needs

 

Qualifications:

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant
    • NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA

Experience

    • 2 years
