Full-time, three 9-hour shifts per week (to meet FTE)
Variable hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Starting pay: $21.48/hour to $24.00+/hour, depending on experience
Partner with leadership to create and implement staffing plans that ensure departments are appropriately covered for daily operations
Make timely decisions on staffing allocation, cancellations, and reassignments while following established policies and guidelines
Collaborate with off-duty staff and unit leaders to secure coverage, ensuring all schedule adjustments are accurately documented in the electronic scheduling system
Place calls to off-duty employees, negotiate coverage needs with unit leadership, and reallocate staff to support patient care and organizational priorities
Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or customer service is highly desirable
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: No prior experience required—training is provided!
