Overview

The Supervisor 2 IHT provides day-to-day oversight of an IHT functional team. This role is differentiated by the Supervisor 1 IHT based on business needs of the organization relative to complexity, budget, and number of direct reports and visibility of projects.

  • Responsible for supervising, training, and checking the work of other staff.

  • Selects, develops, coaches, mentors, and assesses performance of staff.

  • Coordinates schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels to remain compliant with department business needs.

  • Responsible for performance appraisal for positions under their direction; provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff.

  • Ensures all functions are performed in accordance with established organization specifications; accountable for efficiency, productivity, and quality of work for the team.

  • Identifies problems and potential solutions to ensure department efficiency; works with staff to promote resolution of conflict and counsels staff when standards are not met.

  • Makes recommendations and assists with developing policies and procedures for the department.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 3 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Access Management Controls
  • Building and managing Service Management Processes
  • Identity Management
  • Entitlement Management
