Overview

St. Luke’s is looking for a Supervisor Social Services for Pediatric Partial Hospitalization Program to join us in our strategy to be the community’s trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and oversight of the Partial Hospitalization Program
  • The day-to-day supervision of Clinical Therapists and Psych Techs
  • Assuring the quality of clinical services in maintained through individual and/or group supervision and ensuring evidence based programs are being utilized. 
  • Assisting to insure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet clinical quality standards and licensing regulations. This will be completed by conducting chart audits pre and post claims submission. 
  • Assessing customer/patient satisfaction and deal with customer/patient satisfaction issues, complaints, and compliments.
  • Meeting with families to introduce the program and obtain family support to ensure patient is successful
  • Assisting with input and leadership in budget planning, implementation, monitoring, and efficiency. Helping to design workflows as they pertain to the program
  • Filling in for clinical services on an as needed basis

 

 Required Criteria  

  • Current Idaho license at LCSW or LCPC level.
  • Prior management experience in a similar setting is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working in an inpatient psychiatric facility, Day Treatment Program and/or Partial Hospitalization Program is preferred
