Assistant Nurse Manager – IP Surgical Unit opportunity in Twin Falls

Our dynamic 36-bed IP Surgical Unit stands at the forefront of medical excellence, with a primary focus on post op patients. We have a mixture of surgery patients both elective and emergent, that include specialties of Ortho, spine, general/trauma, urology, womens surgery, ENT and vascular. 

We are searching for an exceptional Assistant Nursing Manager to join our leadership team, someone who is not only dedicated and experienced but also shares our vision of promoting excellence in clinical outcomes, enhancing patient satisfaction, and fostering team engagement. Position Summary

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree
• Experience: 3 years’ relevant experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice

Schedule: 4-10 hour night shifts
