Overview

At St. Luke’s, our patients come from all walks of life — and so do we. We are united by a shared purpose: to provide exceptional, patient-centered care built on compassion, respect, and connection. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are at the heart of that mission, offering comfort, dignity, and support when it matters most.

As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Working closely with families and our interdisciplinary hospice team, you’ll bring comfort, compassion, and dignity to those in your care—addressing physical needs while also supporting emotional and spiritual well-being.

We’re looking for a CNA who thrives on connection, values teamwork, and finds deep fulfillment in caring for patients at the end of life.
