Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to lead our enterprise collaboration and productivity ecosystem. This role combines technical ownership of Microsoft 365 and productivity applications with strategic oversight of AI-driven solutions, including Copilot and Power Platform. You’ll guide platform strategy, manage solution development, and ensure our digital workplace empowers employees and meets evolving business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, governance, and performance of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
  • Oversee Copilot and Copilot Agent deployment, customization, and lifecycle management
  • Stay ahead of related emerging technologies to enhance collaboration and end-user productivity
  • Accountability for productivity applications such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, and others
  • Drive solution development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet customer requests
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
  • Establish and maintain governance, compliance, and security standards across platforms
  • Lead training, adoption, and change management initiatives for new tools and features
  • Partner with procurement and vendor management to optimize licensing and cost efficiency
  • Maintain a solution intake and prioritization process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Oversees the evaluation, selection, and implementation of systems or technologies.
  • Determines business requirements and needs, identifies key performance factors, defines projects and priorities, establishes standards related to department/program operations; recommends and allocates resources based on business priorities.
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing and staffing of the department; makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.); assigns personnel to projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports.
  • Advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures; evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures.

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in enterprise IT, digital workplace, or automation leadership
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technology stack
  • Experience with Power Platform development and Copilot integration
  • Familiarity with productivity tools and enterprise licensing models
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business-aligned solutions
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate tech into business value

Reporting & Team

  • Reports to: Director,Digital Experience
  • Leads: M365 and Power Platform engineers, solution analysts, and adoption specialists

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 6 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
