What you can expect from this role
A full time schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break); Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Prepare and room patients efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and a welcoming environment.
Conduct frequent urine drug screens and assist with occasional in-office injections.
Manage inbasket communications, telephone calls, telehealth, and video visits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records with strong attention to detail.
Support providers in coordinating follow-up visits and patient care tasks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth clinic flow and excellent patient experiences.
