We are seeking a Service Line Program Coordinator 1 to join our Electrophysiology Device clinic team.

 

The Service Line Program Coordinator 1 is responsible for the collection, review and reporting of clinical and other required data to support performance improvement, strategic decision making, communication and education.

 

What You Can Expect

  • Coordinates collection, Review, and reporting of patient outcomes and process metrics.
  • Researches data and best available evidence related to designated services and assist clinical staff in developing clinical practice guidelines.
  • Develops action plans and process improvement implementation based on analysis of data.
  • Serves as point-of-contact for data reporting.
    Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
    Collect, aggregate, report, and analyze relevant data.
    Create and maintain reports, as assigned.
    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or two (2) years' additional relevant experience in lieu of Associate's Degree
  • Two (2) years' healthcare-related experience
