St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communication Analyst to join our team! The Unified Communication (UC) Analyst is responsible for the design, installation, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and support of all the St. Luke’s Health System UC systems and services. Typical responsibilities for the Analyst will include but is not limited to voice, wireless, collaboration, cable plant, new construction projects and end point device support. The Analyst addresses issues of availability, reliability, and connectivity between local and remote sites to support growth and development of the Health System. As a member of the UC Team the Analyst is responsible for many aspects of UC within the enterprise and the coordination with other IT departments, systems, vendor relations, change management and fiscal responsibility.


  • Develop documentation of planned equipment configurations and testing processes.
  • Provide on-the-job training and technical leadership to personnel
  • Participate in an on call rotation to ensure support 24/7/365.


Required Criteria 

  • Graduation from a college or university with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field or a minimum of 4 years equivalent IT experience.
  • AYAYA telephony system experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
