Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Magic Valley is seeking a Manager of Respiratory Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for teamwork and strive to develop and maintain a work environment that will help team members grow in their role while giving the best patient care. They will also need to be able to handle having the hard conversation with team members when coaching and changes need to be made. Prior experience in supervisor or Manager role is preferred but not required if there is ample experience in the field.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Respiratory Therapy or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 8 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must have:
  • Valid license to practice respiratory therapy in state of practice
  • Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials by National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
