At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This mental health therapist position is located at Capital City Family Medicine. It will function as a core member of the Primary Care team and practice integrated behavioral health, including warm handoffs, crisis response, consultation, and evidence-based therapy. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting mental health care within the clinic and for coordiating referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic.
