Position Summary
The RN Clinical Educator for the Clinical Support Team serves as an expert resource in clinical practice, staff development, and knowledge transition. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating education that promotes clinical competency, professional growth, and consistent practice standards across units and service lines. The educator partners closely with clinical leaders, frontline staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support onboarding, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
