What to Expect:
St. Luke’s The Woman’s Clinic provides comprehensive OBGYN services to patients across the Treasure Valley and beyond. Our collaborative team of 16+ providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers that works closely with skilled clinical staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and cohesive environment. The clinic offers a full range of services, including onsite lab, ultrasound, NST, and IV hydration. We’re looking for an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about fostering a positive culture and operational excellence.

• Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
• Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement.
• Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
• Requires an in-depth knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
• Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree + 2 years of experience OR
• Associates degree + 4 years of experience OR
• HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of experience
