Position Summary
St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Pharmacist to join our new and growing outpatient pharmacy. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care across multiple outpatient service areas, including medication lockers, traditional outpatient pharmacy services, and Meds-to-Beds/Transitions of Care programs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the clinical aspects of pharmacy practice, thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment, and be motivated to support innovative outpatient pharmacy services.
