St. Luke’s Sun Valley Sports Medicine is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our highly collaborative care team in Ketchum. This part-time role supports one provider and offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a close-knit clinic environment.
You will support approximately 15–20 patients per day, assisting with rooming, obtaining vital signs, and ensuring smooth clinic flow. This position is ideal for a CMA or LPN who enjoys teamwork, values variety, and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
Schedule:
• Rotating schedule: three days one week and two days the following week
• Clinic days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
• Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
What You Can Expect:
• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Supporting one provider in a sports medicine clinic
• Working within a highly collaborative care team
• Caring for a wide range of patients and conditions
• Practicing in a mountain community with access to phenomenal skiing and outdoor recreation
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or Practical Nursing program
Licensure / Certifications
• CMA: Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification (NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA)
or
• LPN: Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license
• Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
