The Organizational Development Program Manager is responsible for enabling a culture of high performance and continuous learning through designing and delivering programs, platforms, and tools by creating relevant and up-to-date development opportunities with leadership support and participation. The Program Manager will be a key leader for many of St. Luke’s Health System strategic programs supporting organizational development and learning and will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to manage the design, development, and implementation of specific OD initiatives and policies.
We are looking for a team member to help cultivate people, programs and processes for the organization. This position will assess and identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable a culture of high performance; report findings and propose solutions to senior leadership.
