The Service Line Administrator for the Acute Care Service Line (ACSL) is accountable for the operational effectiveness and strategic performance of Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pulmonology/Critical Care services across the health system.
In dyad partnership with the System Acute Care Service Line Medical Director, the Administrator designs, develops, and implements the Service Line’s vision and strategy. This role leads innovation in care models and programs that improve quality, access, and patient experience while achieving the lowest total cost of care. In close collaboration with nursing and interdisciplinary leadership, the Administrator promotes continuous clinical excellence, operational consistency, and integration across the continuum of acute care.
