  • Lead and partner with employed and independent providers across Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pulmonology/Critical Care to achieve ever-improving clinical outcomes and efficiency, aligned with annual organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with quality and safety leaders to advance high reliability principles, support development and use of meaningful data and metrics, and ensure accreditation and regulatory standards are met or exceeded across the Service Line.
  • Partner closely with nursing leadership, facility leaders, division leaders, and system executives to ensure acute care services are delivered in a coordinated, patient-centered, and fiscally responsible manner across all sites of care.
  • Support and advance system-wide efforts to reduce unwarranted variation, standardize best practices, and strengthen integration across the Acute Care continuum.
  • Partner with the System Medical Director and nursing leadership in the recruitment, engagement, and retention of high-performing physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational leaders.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
