At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that delivers exceptional patient care to the communities we serve in Magic Valley.
We are excited to offer full-time and part-time opportunities for LPNs or CMAs to join our Ambulatory Float Pool supporting clinics throughout the Twin Falls area. This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple ambulatory clinics, supporting a variety of specialties and patient populations while expanding your clinical skill set.
As a Float Pool LPN or CMA, you will orient to and support three different clinic skillsets (e.g., Family Medicine, Specialty Clinics, etc.), allowing you to work at the top of your scope and gain broad ambulatory experience.
Your primary work location will be Twin Falls, with assignments based on current staffing needs within the ambulatory clinics.
Start as an LPN or CMA, orienting to and supporting three distinct skillsets and clinic specialties, building a well-rounded ambulatory skill set.
Receive standardized St. Luke’s training, designed to prepare you for success across multiple clinical environments.
Upon successful completion of orientation for all three skillsets, you will receive a 10% Float Pool differential in addition to your base pay.
