Overview:
At St. Luke’s, our Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) are essential members of our clinical care teams, supporting patient-centered care across multiple specialties in the scenic Wood River Valley. We are actively hiring CMAs to join our Family Practice, Dermatology, and Sports Medicine clinics with flexible schedules that support work-life balance and professional growth.

What You Can Expect:
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and patient education in collaboration with providers and clinical staff. 
• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to positive patient experiences across diverse clinic settings. 
• Work as part of collaborative care teams to support clinic operations and clinical excellence.

 

CMA Openings & Schedules:
Family Practice (Full-Time):
• Provide clinical support in our Family Practice clinics serving patients across all ages.
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with no weekends required.
• Rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with exams and procedures, and supporting preventive and acute care services.

Dermatology (Full-Time):
• Join the Dermatology team in Wood River clinics providing comprehensive dermatologic care.
• Full-time schedule, primarily in Ketchum with occasional shifts in Hailey.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, dermatologic procedures, and patient education.

Sports Medicine (Part-Time):
• Support our Sports Medicine clinic based in Sun Valley/Ketchum.
• Part-time schedule with days typically scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (e.g., rotating 3- and 2-day weeks).
• Help with rooming patients, vitals, clinic flow, and provider support in treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Current national medical assistant certification (e.g., NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA). 
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
