St. Luke's is looking for a Sr. Manager QPS (Quality Patient Safety) to join our Air St. Luke's team!
The Sr. Manager QPS is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating continuous quality improvement programs and processes; leads teams in areas of multiple responsibilities. They will assist in defining opportunities for improvement and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to improve experience, satisfaction, and sustainable outcomes. The Sr. Manager QPS will also work with the Medical Directors to set clinical policies, protocols and standards for the program. Ensuring compliance with licensure and CAMTS accreditation standards along with overseeing the performance improvement program are duties of the Sr. Manager QPS.
