St. Luke's is looking for enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are ready to start their career as an RN through our top notch residency. We are currently accepting applications for New Graduate Nurses who will obtain their BSN degree by May 2018.
At St. Luke’s, we value our nurses and dedicate time to ensure they are the best they can be. We hire new graduates directly out of their BSN, place them into permanent positions all around our hospital system, and mentor them throughout their first year. St. Luke’s has developed a Nurse Residency Program to help you develop into a confident and competent trained nurse professional and to equip you with the essential skills you need to thrive in your role.

St. Luke’s nurses are among the very best in the United States. At Magnet facilities, low nurse-to-patient ratios are the rule, which helps ensure that nurses have adequate time to give all patients the special care they deserve. This means our patients and their families receive award-winning care that is compassionate, patient-centered, and always reaching for a higher standard.
Our employees enjoy many benefits, some of the most popular are tuition reimbursement, hospital retirement contributions, and hospital-supported on-going training and education.
