Our IHT department is looking for an Application Coordinator with a background in information technology work designing the implementation of Cupid.


Application Coordinator – Cupid Build Team

The Application Coordinator is responsible for design, configuration, testing, go-live assistance and end-user support of all assigned aspects of the assigned application within the St. Luke's Health System.  The AC works with end users to translate business and/or clinical workflows into appropriate Epic application configurations.  The AC identifies and resolves day-to-day application issues, as well as issues involved in advanced application build and upgrade activities. The AC uses critical thinking for problem solving and develops creative solutions while following internal change control processes. The AC coordinates with stakeholders for request requirements and validating build.


Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in relevant field in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years additional relevant exerience
  • Experience in technical application build or configuration or testing activities
  • Currently EPIC certified in one or more EPIC modes preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferrence

Preferred Criteria



Experience in information technology work designing the implementation of Cupid highly preferred.

Graduation from an accredited college or university preferred.
