St. Luke’s is a nationally recognized leading healthcare organization where people like you drive our success. We are currently searching for a Coordinator, Community Relations – Concussion Clinic to add to our team.


The Coordinator is responsible for managing the Health System’s participation in various local and regional health education activities, including health fairs, community events, speakers, trade shows, etc. Serves as a Sports Medicine Concussion Clinic liaison to various departments and services within the organization. In addition, the Coordinator is responsible for performing essential job duties and for supporting St. Luke’s Health System sports Concussion Clinic marketing and strategic plans, branding strategy, and the hospital’s mission.


Required Criteria 


  1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in health education, health sciences or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years' work experience, preferably in a health-care environment.
  3. Knowledgeable in the area of concussion as well as the concussion legislation in Idaho.
  4. Ability to provide educational information on general health and wellness.
  5. Works under the supervision of the department director or manager.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Data collection and analysis, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  8. Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  9. Must possess the ability to set and achieve realistic goals.
  10. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service even under adverse conditions, often with input from department director or manager.
  11. Must effectively communicate with supervisors and maintain confidentiality.
  12. Team oriented.
  13. Good telephone communication skills.
  14. Excellent communication skills, including oral and written comprehension and expression.
  15. Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values.
