Center for Nursing Excellence Residency Coordinator (Clinical Educator) in our Magic Valley (MV) location will be responsible for STAR Residency coordination in the MV and serve as key Center for Nursing Excellence personnel in MV. Masters prepared nurse with experience in curriculum development and expert facilitation skills. Simulation design and facilitation experience or capacity to learn. Responsibilities include complex management of multiple residency cohorts, including scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation. Planning and executing act ivies to prepare for residency for accreditation. Some travel to other system sites required. The Clinical Educator plans, supervises, coordinates and evaluates education programs for clinical personnel. Provides clinical education and evaluation to clinical staff and facilitates evidence-based research within a specialized area.
